Terms and Conditions for The Orchard Party
Welcome to The Orchard Party! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket. By buying a ticket, you agree to abide by the rules set forth below.
1. Nature of the Event
We are a small, private festival. All funds from ticket sales go directly toward covering essential costs, including venue hire, equipment, and vendor fees. This is a not-for-profit gathering created by and for all of us!
2. Tickets Are Non-Refundable
All tickets are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. Once purchased, we are unable to return your money, as the funds are immediately used to cover expenses for the event. Please make your purchase with this understanding.
3. Ticket Transfers
Although tickets are non-refundable, we do allow for the following:
• Carry-Over: If you can no longer attend this year, you may carry your ticket over to the following year’s festival. Please notify us if you plan to defer.
• Re-Sale: You are permitted to re-sell or gift your ticket to another individual. All transfers must be communicated to us in advance so we can update our records with the new ticket holder’s name and contact information.
To transfer or defer your ticket, please email us or get in touch on Facebook with your full name and the name of the new ticket holder or your request to carry over.
4. Private Invitation
This is a private event. Access is limited to ticket holders, and we reserve the right to deny entry to individuals not on the list. No walk-ups or tickets at the gate.
5. No Profit, Just Party
We want to be clear: no one is making a profit from this event. Every penny from your ticket goes to creating a safe, enjoyable weekend for everyone. That includes payments for the venue, sound, toilets, lighting, food vendors, and other essentials. We’re all in this together.
6. Liability and Risk
Attendees accept all risks associated with attending the festival. You are responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event. Please take care of yourselves and each other.
7. Code of Conduct
Disruptive or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
